MultiSportSystem.com is looking for a Regional Representative / Coach to deliver training programs to local multisport athletes, and oversee the MultiSportSystem.com programs development in the region.

The representative must be able to perform various tasks relating to overall management as well as building and maintaining relations with different clients.

Areas of Responsibility

The Regional Representative shall within his/her mandated area of responsibility, perform the following duties in the designated geographic area:
•    Represent MultiSportSystem.com in the designated geographic areas,
•    Contribute to strategic planning,
•    Leadership in programmatic work and in the development of partner co-operation,
•    Operate in regional fundraising according to the approved strategy and plans,
•    Undertake other duties as designated.

Competence and Personal Requirements:
•    Minimum of four years of experience in multisport coaching,
•    Minimum of two years of proven experience in management or leading positions,
•    National Sport Coaching certification,
•    Degree in Sports or Physical Education,
•    Strong and proven skills in customer service area,
•    Good understanding of development approaches and standards,
•    Experience in working with local organizations and authorities,
•    Ability to travel,
•    Fluent in English
