Performance Training Software
Welcome to MultiSportAnalyzer performance training software instruction
MultiSportAnalyzer was created to help you control your training and teach you how intensity and mileage effects your fitness, fatigue and form. Also, you will be able to control your caloric expenditure while training. One of the most unique features of MultiSportAnalyzer is that you will learn how to peak for your most important competition.
MultiSportAnalyzer is simple and works well for all athletes from the very experienced to the beginner. With MultiSportAnalyzer, there is no need to download any database from any other devices.
MultiSportAnalyzer will help you effectively and build peak performance for the most important race whether you train two hours per week or twenty.
Here is the step by step tutorial how to use MultiSportAnalyzer performance training software
1. Logging
First you have to log in and enter your data including weight, height, date of birth and your sport. You can train in swimming, biking, running, or all three – triathlon.
2. Creating your profile
You will be asked for your maximum pulse rate in each sport. These will be different for each sport. If you don’t know your pulse, the system will calculate it for you as well as Basic Metabolic Rate based on your personal data. Next the system will calculate your intensity zones for different sports. This will be your Profile.
A1 = 60-70% HRmax, slow aerobic endurance development;
A2 = 70-87% HRmax, medium aerobic endurance development;
EN1 = 87-95% HRmax, fast aerobic endurance development (threshold training);
EN2 = 95-100% HRmax, very fast anaerobic endurance development;
AN = 100% HRmax, extremely fast, anaerobic speed development.

Remember that you can edit your data any time, because your weight or maximum pulse rates might change during the training process.
3. Creating a season
You can create a season by clicking New. You can create several seasons in the same time. A season however may not be longer than a one year. To get inside the season you have to click Show.

4. Editing training dates
To edit data in certain day you have to click Edit either in swimming, biking or running column. Also you can add any non-specific training that you have done (for example gym session, tennis game) that adds to your fatigue and the process of building fitness. In the Comment column, you can leave any information that is relative to the training day you have done.

After clicking Edit, you will see the Edit entry window. For example, in Biking entry you have to write a certain distance, and time that you spent in each intensity. Let’s say that the training session was 40 minutes with medium intensity with one 5 minutes steep uphill. Then you write that you spent 75 minutes with intensity A2 and 5 minutes with intensity EN1. The program will automatically calculate calories expenditure and stress value of this training session. Remember that higher stress value - harder the training.

5. Data in table
The program will always summarize your daily training time, caloric expenditure, and stress value. Also it will summarize weekly mileage in each sport, training time, caloric expenditure and stress value. The same data will be summarized every 4 weeks training segment. You will be also able to view time of different intensities in each training session by clicking show details.
7. Charts
All data will be presented in very readable and simple charts. You can view your daily distance chart.

Your weekly distance chart,

Your daily training intensity,

And your weekly intensity training. The charts show different intensities by different colours in all sport, including non specific training. Also there is a stress value line that shows the trend of the intensity through the training cycle.

As well as your daily and weekly caloric expenditure.

Although all above graphs are very valuable and will help you in better planning, still could not help you to peak in the right moment, for the most important competition. To help you to control the training process the MultiSportAnalyzer will analyze all your training data and will measure three major training factors:
- Fatigue;
- Fitness;
- Form.
The aim of every sport training process is to peak for the major competition. This means the goal is to have the highest possible fitness and the lowest possible fatigue.
The example below shows that an athlete at the end of the training cycle was not in the peak, because most likely there was no enough time to recover after very hard training phase. Thus athlete did not race as well as he could have. The graph shows that it would be enough to give this athlete few days more of easy recovery training to bring the form to the highest level.

Full analysis of all charts helps you to train more effectively by better understanding the rules of the sport training. Also with MultiSportAnalyzer you can add your previous seasons and let the program analyze it.
With MultiSportAnalyzer performance training software your training will be much more simplified, and you will become a much better athlete!
