What are Simulation Training Programs?

This is a unique training program designed to achieve specific results in a particular sport. You just have to choose the proper Simulation Training Program with the specific goal that you create (for example, it could be to either run 10km under 35 minutes, or to be able to cover 1500 meters of swimming) and you will get a very precise and detailed plan with daily instructions on what to do.

What are Personal Coaching Programs?

These are programs tailored to your sport with one-on-one personal coaching on-line. The coach prepares individual plans for each athlete based on the all gathered data and his/her goals. It is the coach’s responsibility to get the athlete where they want to be in the fastest, easiest and safest way possible by constant supervision and monitoring of the training process.
